Welcome to TNT Combat Lab’s official website and services. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website, joining our gym, attending classes, and engaging with our services in-person or online. By accessing our platform or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Website Use

• The content on our website is for informational purposes only and subject to change.
• You agree not to misuse or copy any content, images, videos, or logos without permission.
• Use of our website or contact forms must comply with lawful, respectful behavior.

2. Membership & Payments

• Membership fees must be paid in advance. Monthly members should pay before or by the 10th of each month.
• Late payments may lead to restricted access to classes.
• We offer monthly, crash course (3/6/12 months), and yearly packages.
• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in documented medical or emergency situations.
• Any suspension or extension of membership is subject to management approval.

3. Booking & Trial Classes

• Trial sessions are free but must be scheduled via phone or WhatsApp.
• Regular class bookings may be managed manually or through our CRM.

4. Code of Conduct in Gym

All members must:

• Arrive and leave on time to respect scheduled batches.
• Maintain hygiene and wear clean training attire.
• Treat coaches, staff, and fellow students with respect.
• Follow instructions during training and avoid unsafe behavior.
• Not engage in bullying, verbal abuse, or any form of harassment.

Failure to follow conduct rules may result in suspension or termination of membership.

5. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

• By joining TNT Combat Lab, you understand and accept the physical risks involved in training.
• You affirm that you are medically fit to participate and have disclosed any relevant health conditions.
• TNT Combat Lab is not responsible for any injury, illness, or loss occurring during training or within the premises.
• Participation is voluntary, and all members sign a waiver before training.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content including branding, program materials, class footage, photos, and promotional videos is the sole property of TNT Combat Lab.
• Members agree that class recordings and photos may be used for marketing unless a request is submitted in writing to opt out.

7. Privacy Policy

• We collect limited data to manage memberships, class attendance, and communications.
• Our full Privacy Policy outlines how your data is collected, stored, and used.

8. Use of Photos & Videos

• By signing up, you allow TNT Combat Lab to use photos and videos taken during training sessions for promotional and social media purposes.
• You can opt out by informing us in writing prior to class.

9. Changes to Terms

• TNT Combat Lab reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
• We will notify active members of major changes, but it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

10. Third-Party Links

• Our site may include links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party platforms.

11. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• All legal disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Arunachal Pradesh.
