Our evening classes run Monday to Saturday from 4:30 PM onwards. Each day is dedicated to a specific discipline — from striking to grappling, conditioning, and outdoor sessions. The timetable ensures a balance of skill learning, strength, and endurance.
The training plan is built for all levels — beginners, fitness enthusiasts, and aspiring fighters. With Muay Thai, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Strength & Conditioning, every session brings you closer to better fitness, sharper technique, and greater discipline.
